A website is like your car. If you don’t fix the small things, the bigger things start happening and quite fast. This is not the road you want to be on. A website care plan helps protect your website from running into problems, usually well before they occur. Scroll down below to see the website maintenance packages on offer.
Keeping your themes and updates updated helps prevent the baddies from finding loopholes to gain access to the back end system of your website
If you take out a website care plan, I will install security software which will actively monitor unauthorised access to your website. Plus extras such as 2 factor authentication.
Arguably the most important part of a care plan is having a backup strategy. If you have a backup in place and something bad happens to your website, I can restore it back to the way it was.
With most care plans I provide small changes to your website. This can include small text or photo changes to your website. If you need more than that then please enquire.
If in the unfortunate circumstance your website gets hacked, I'll do my best to restore your website using the last healthy backup / or remove threats that's on the website.
All of our website maintenance plans include support which means if you run into any problems with your website you can simply contact me and I'll be right there to help you.
I only perform website maintenance and updates on WordPress websites only. Unfortunately I do not do Wix & Squarespace websites.
If you’ve taken out a website care plan with me and it’s been at least a week since you’ve made a bad change, I can correct it for you using the last good backup.
At least once every week, however this can be tailored to a business’s needs.
If you’ve chosen the Support or Extra Support Website Maintenance Package, this includes small updates to your website such as photo or text changes up to 30 mins/60 mins. This also includes email support.
It’s unlikely that your website will get hacked but in the event it does I will either remove the infected files or restore your website from the last good backup.
Website tweaks are small changes to your website which includes changing out photos, adding text. It does not include adding new pages to your website. However I do offer content marketing packages which provide this service.
An SSL certificate tells your customers your site is encrypted. It helps protect their confidential informatio (i.e when they enter their card details) How do I know if I have an SSL Certificate? Check to see if there is a Green Padlock on the browser URL bar.
Unfortunately the minutes do not rollover – This is because I reserve time and resources each month for each individual client.
Adding new website features to a website usually takes more time to the allocated support time included so please ask for an additional quote.
As software isn’t 100% safe and secure, I am not responsible in the event of a security breach. However I will do my best to monitor any unusual activity and take action where appropriate.
Yes you can cancel at any time. If you have taken out an annual plan and decide to cancel, the remaining months will unfortunately not be refunded. Please bare in mind that cancelling a website maintenance package might result in your website going ‘down’ if this package includes hosting.
Usually within 24/48 hours. However this is not guaranteed due to holidays.
